These images, as a collective, speak to the absence of someone or something, a quiet echo of presence that lingers in its own way.  Each individual photograph is a personal reflection on my relationships with others; within them, there is a subtle dance, a kind of dialogue between the elements of each frame.
The project explores renewal and rebirth, and the reflective process we enter after change has taken place.  Each image becomes part of this transformation, which is why every frame I make is unique and assigned to a specific photograph, forming a complete and individual moment.
It’s funny, really, my earlier work has always been loud and brash, full of colour, contrast, and drama. This series marks a departure: it’s quieter, more internal. There are no people in these images, yet they remain deeply human.  Through objects and light, I’ve tried to describe the essence of connection, the spaces between us and the traces we leave behind.
