As part of my work with HERA Project, I design and deliver creative workshops to a wide demographic of participants as part of the NHS social prescribing strategy. Individuals are referred through their GP to support overall wellbeing and the workshops incorporate a wide range of art, photography and craft skills to support health and wellbeing in the community.
