After working with The Robin Hood Health Foundation as part of HERA Project for several years, I was invited to deliver traditional origami workshops to NHS staff and attendees of the Creative Health Service Conference.
As part of my work with HERA Project, I deliver creative workshops to a wide demographic of participants as part of the NHS social prescribing strategy also referred to as creative health. Individuals are referred through their GP to support overall wellbeing and the workshops incorporate a wide range of art, photography and craft skills to support health and wellbeing in the community.
